 When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take around 8-12 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (Due to COVID-19).

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office

 

What is the shipping time? 
5-7 Business Days due to Covid-19. We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods.  * Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays (if applicable)

 

What happens if my product is damaged upon arrival?:
All packages are insured, and we will send you a FREE replacement immediately!

 

Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you a delivery tracking within 24 to 48 hours. If you place an order on Friday, you may receive the delivery tracking number on the following Monday or Tuesday.  

 

Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order within 6-12 hours.  We will do everything we can to help you make changes to the order, but we cannot guarantee after 6 hours have passed as your order is being processed for shipment at the fulfillment center.

WE SHIP MOSTLY WORLDWIDE, HOWEVER THERE ARE REMOTE COUNTRIES LIKE, KUWAIT, PAKISTAN, AFGHANISTAN, AFRICA, COLUMBIA, INDIA, MEXICO THAT WE CANNOT SHIP TO DUE TO DIFFICULTIES AND HIGH RISK OF FRAUDULENT ORDERS.
HOW DO I GET A CUSTOMIZED LIGHT?
SIMPLE! JUST ATTACH AN IMAGE TO YOUR ORDER OF YOUR FAVORITE CHARACTER AND IT WILL BE SUBMITTED ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. IF WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR REQUIRE A DIFFERENT IMAGE WEWILL REACH OUT TO YOU.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

SHIPPING COURIERS SCAN PACKAGES "DELIVERED" AFTER THE MAIL CARRIER DELIVERS. IF YOU RECEIVED A "DELIVERED" STATUS BUT BELIEVE IT IS HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH THE LOCAL USPS POSTAL DELIVERY PERSONNEL OR POST OFFICE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. For a simple lamp with the basic controls, the touch variety can change between 7 colors and is operated based on a touch button on the base.

For a more premium lamp with additional controls and features, the controller variety can change between 16 colors and is operated based on a remote control (included). The controller also can scan the color range, change the brightness, fade, flash, and strobe!


The lamps are made with a solid polymer base and come with a USB cable included that is used to power the lamp. You can make the lamp wireless with your own 3 x AA batteries as well! Lamps are about 20-25CM (8-10IN) in height depending on the style.
